Caddo Parish Adult Education is open to students ages 17 and older

Caddo Parish Adult Education is located on the campus of Northwest Louisiana Technical College at 2010 N. Market Street, Building E, Shreveport, LA  71107.  We offer academic upgrading in reading, math, and language; information on employment skills and knowledge; official HiSET testing for Louisiana's high school equivalency diploma; and developmental education to prepare for college.

Flexibility and Options

Please contact a representative of Adult Education to discuss your options regarding class times and days for attendance.

Enrollment

Adults ages 19 and older who are interested in participating in a free class to prepare for the HiSET exam or improve academic skills should register for orientation.  Please contact the Adult Education office at 676-7811 for more information regarding registration or go to www.nwltc.edu.  There is a $20 fee required to begin classes.  Students who are between the ages of 16-18 should contact the office for additional requirements.

Caddo Parish Adult Education is part of the Louisiana Community & Technical College System's WorkReady U Program.
